	Car Pool Changes
Because many of your carpools have or will change throughout the year, please contact us immediately if any of the following apply: Someone drops out of your carpool. Someone joins your carpool. The carpool driver changes. Your family moves.

Car Pooling Process

The Odyssey Charter School relies solely upon parents to drop-off and pick-up their children from school each day. We do not have a public busing system. As such, every family enrolled at Odyssey Charter School must be assigned a carpool number, even if they are only dropping off and picking up their own children.

Car Pool Groups

All families are categorized by the region in which they live. Each family is given a color card with a number. These cards are used for these purposes:

Identification for Cars picking up students.
Security for students in not allowing others who are not authorized to pick up students.
Safety and order for dismissal.

Your children need to know their carpool number, so they know where to assemble after school.

Car Pool Changes

Please notify the carpool committee if any of the following apply:

You want to join a carpool.
You need carpool color cards.
You have recently changed carpools.
You want to join a kindergarten carpool. (Please indicate A.M. or P.M.)
