I was born and raised in San Diego. When I graduated from High School, I went to Dixie College. I came home after 1 1/4 years and completed my 2 year Associate of Arts degree at the local Junior College. 22 years later I finished another 2 year program that included an Associate of Science degree. Both of my parents were teachers and I began helping in my Mom's classroom when I was 11. I continued to do this for many years. My dad taught High School so I didn't "help" him in that capacity! I have 3 boys and 1 girl ranging in age from 19 to 33. I have 4 grandchildren (2 boys, 2 girls) who are 13,10,8 and 3 months old. I love working in the classroom each day and helping the students and the teachers. I love to read and I do so whenever I can. I really enjoy working at Odyssey Charter School and I'm looking forward to another great year with Mrs. Call and all of the 5th graders! |
