How to Report Volunteer Hours

We have a new volunteer program this year that is so exciting.  It will allow you to clock in and out right at the school without trying to keep track of your own hours.  This system is also replacing our student check in and out forms.  You will also be able to enter your hours worked from home on the program at school.  For those of you that would rather enter your hours at home you may visit this website: www.helpcounter.net/volunteer 

Each quarter, families will receive a note listing the hours that have been reported. This is the time for you to correct any mistakes or update your record. Notify Melanie & Rachel of any corrections.

Extraordinary Service.  Each spring, Odyssey recognizes with gratitude those families who have given above and beyond their share of volunteer time (typically over 100 hours by March). They are distinguished as our Honorary Founders and thanked at the Annual Founders’ Banquet. Their names are added to the founder plaque in the front foyer and they are given a small gift in gratitude. Please take the opportunity to thank these families for their selfless service to all of our children.
