Hello, fellow adventurers! I’m Aimee Hall, your enthusiastic and dedicated 4th grade guide here at Odyssey Charter School. With over 19 years in education, including 12 incredible years at Odyssey, I’m thrilled to set off on this year’s learning expedition with you! Whether it’s solving a tricky math mystery or diving into a great book, I believe in creating a classroom where every student feels safe, supported, and excited to learn. Think of our classroom as the starting point of a grand quest—where maps are drawn, courage is gathered, and every learner becomes a hero in their own story.

I hold a Master’s in Education with a focus in Curriculum Instruction and Technology, a Bachelor of Science in History from Utah State University, and minors in Family and Human Development, Folklore, and British Commonwealth Studies. I also hold a Level 2 elementary license and am certified in Ornamental Horticulture. My journey through education has led me to teach 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grades, and I was honored to be named UAPCS Educator of the Year in 2013. Each year brings new paths to explore, and I can’t wait to see where this year takes us!

Outside the classroom, my adventures continue! I’m a proud Utahan who’s also lived in Alaska and Switzerland, and I love traveling, especially to places with rich stories and beautiful landscapes. I’m happiest when I’m reading, hiking, gardening, or spending time at my family cabin in the mountains. I also enjoy woodworking, building, family history research, and caring for my two dogs, four rats, three lizards, a snake, a tarantula, and some very cool millipedes. Every day is a new adventure, and I can’t wait to embark on this one with you. Let’s make this year full of discovery, wonder, and joy!
