Enrollment FAQ
Although the lottery has already run, we are still accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year. Families are encouraged to apply, as spots may become available throughout the year.
For 2026/2027:
→ Open enrollment period will start on December 8, 2025.
→ The first lottery will take place on February 6, 2026.
If your student is offered a seat you will have 5 days to accept the seat. You will then have 7 days from the date of accepting to complete the registration. You must complete all steps of registration (online Aspire portion and submit required documents) in order to fully register your child.
New Applications & Waitlist Process:
→ When the initial lottery has concluded, we will continue to accept applications and fill positions as they become available.
→ All new applications will now be processed in the order they are received, and students will be placed on the waitlist accordingly.
→ As seats become available, families on the waitlist will be notified based on their position.
Kindergartners must be 5 years old on or before September 1 of the year they are applying for.
The following applicants receive priority status:
- Children of Odyssey Founders
- Children of Odyssey Employees
- Siblings of current Odyssey students
- Applicants who have a sibling also applying for the same school year

Application Agreement
By submitting an application you agree to the following:
- I will read Odyssey Charter School’s mission, philosophy, and curriculum. I commit to support OCS in the pursuit of fulfilling this mission.
- As a charter school, OCS is excited to offer parents meaningful opportunities to serve the school community on a volunteer basis. I understand the school encourages every family to provide 40 hours (20 hours for single-parent families) of volunteer service each year.
- I understand my child will be required to wear an Odyssey approved school uniform. If accepted to OCS, I will ensure my child is in daily compliance with the school uniform policy.
- I understand OCS does not provide transportation to and from school and I will be required to provide such transportation.
- I understand, pursuant to federal law, OCS strives for 95% attendance. I will commit to minimize my child’s tardies and absences.
- I will promote the vision of OCS by using positive communication, courtesy and respect when interacting with the staff, students, parents and anyone else in the school community. I will follow the OCS communication model; specifically, I will take any concerns I have directly to the person most able to successfully address those concerns and will work in a cooperative manner to promote the school mission.
