Extra Curricular Program Policy:

Students who register for an extra curricular program may only be permitted on campus during after-school hours. Siblings and carpool “buddies” WILL NOT be allowed in the school.  Please make the necessary arrangements for your student and carpool.

Please, be sure that your student is picked up from their extra curricular program promptly.  Students cannot be left unattended once after-school programs have been dismissed.  It is each parents responsibility to ensure that their student is picked up on time.

Please ensure that your student is picked up promptly at the conclusion of their after-school extracurricular activities. Once programs have ended, students may not remain on campus unsupervised.

It is each parent’s responsibility to arrange timely transportation. Any student who remains on campus after 4:15 p.m. (2:45 p.m. on Wednesdays) and whose parent or guardian cannot be reached—or is unable to arrive within a reasonable timeframe—may be referred to local authorities for their safety.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping all students safe.
