Evan is grateful for the educational experiences he has had throughout his life and wants to play a role in helping others experience this as well. Some principles that are important to Evan as part of a quality education include: keeping the student-to-teacher ratio at a manageable level, supporting teachers in the classroom to keep them in their profession, and fostering collaboration between parents and educators.

Professional

Evan Morris is a business professional who works as the Human Resources Director for Wasatch Behavioral Health. Evan believes there are no problems too big to solve, nor any people that are too hard to work with. Evan is also passionate about using technology and other tools to make his work life and his personal life more efficient and convenient. Evan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Brigham Young University as well as a Master of Business Administration Degree from Utah Valley University.

Personal

Evan is a proud Utah Native. He loves his state and the many ways to enjoy the outdoors in the four seasons that Utah provides. One of his favorite activities is to play Frisbee Golf. Evan loves music and frequently has one tune playing inside his head. He plays the drums and will frequently be tapping his hands or feet throughout the day.
