Room 141

Hello! My name is Rachel Wright, and this will be my second year as a Kindergarten teacher at Odyssey! I have been at Odyssey in a few different roles, including as an instructor, a student teacher, and a reading specialist. This will be my second ever class since graduating from UVU with my BS in Elementary Education, and I’m so excited! I believe that Kindergarten is the first step in building a strong generation of learners who embrace their natural curiosity and aren’t afraid to ask questions.

When I’m not teaching, you can find me reading, watching cheesy movies, or getting my hands on anything creative. My current passion is crochet, and I’ve made at least a dozen hats I plan to donate to the local women’s shelter. I love to spend time with my friends and family, and I’m planning on getting a dog soon!
