Hello! My name is Taleigh Laird, and I am the School Counselor at Odyssey. I will be starting my third year as part of this amazing community. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and my Master of Education in School Counseling from Utah Valley University.

As the School Counselor, I provide Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) lessons for students in grades K–6, facilitate small groups, and meet individually with students to provide support. I love being a school counselor because I get to help students through both the hard moments and the happy ones. Whether we're talking about feelings, friendships, goals, or challenges, I strive to create a safe space where every feeling matters. I believe in helping students feel supported, confident, and capable of reaching their full potential.

Outside of school, I love all things Disney—Disneyland is my happy place! I also enjoy cruising with family and friends, watching sunrises and sunsets, and listening to audiobooks on my way to work. I feel grateful to be part of the Odyssey community and look forward to another great year!
