Room 139

I am so happy to be entering my eleventh year at Odyssey Charter School and my fifteenth year of teaching. I hold an Early Childhood Endorsement and am passionate about planting the seeds of curiosity and a love of learning in every child. As a Level 2 certified teacher with completed Science of Reading coursework, I am dedicated to staying current in best practices for my students.

I love the acronym SAIL: Self-Control, Accountability, Integrity, and Loyalty. It is my greatest privilege to be part of a community that sincerely and authentically helps every child practice these life skills.

When I am not in the classroom, my eleven grandchildren keep me busy with trips to Disneyland and Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park — and when your son-in-law manages a fun park, you know you will be along for the ride! Having family in Colorado and Montana has opened my eyes to new places and experiences.  My grandkids in Payson keep me going to ball games, races, and more!

I look forward to an amazing voyage this year!
